Please confirm the scope, fee and schedule in writing before I start. If you prefer to keep the current budget, we can discuss replacing an existing deliverable or moving the gallery to a later phase.
The record
Keep the request as a draft until sent. Mark it approved only when the client explicitly agrees, and record the source and date of that approval. If approved, the revised project fee is €2,007 excluding tax. That total is an agreed fee, not evidence of money received.
