“Happy to add this. Here is the extra scope, fee and schedule for your approval.”
Start with the baseline.
Record the pages, revisions and exclusions already agreed. A clear starting point makes changes easier to discuss.
Make the trade-off visible.
Estimate the work, add a transparent buffer and show the effect on the delivery date.
Keep the decision together.
Prepare a client message, then log the decision and its approval reference in your own project file.
What should the extra work cost?
3 hours at €60, with a 15% buffer.
One project desk.
A calmer client conversation.

Before you use it.
Is this a contract or legal advice?
No. ScopeKit helps organize business discussions and working records. It does not replace your contract or independently verify a client's approval.
Does it send messages or collect payment?
No. You review and send the generated text using your existing email and invoice workflow. Approved changes are not automatically marked as paid.
Where does client data go?
The downloadable tool works locally without network calls. You can optionally save in browser storage or export a JSON file. Store backups carefully; there is no cloud sync. These website calculators do not ask for client details.
What software do I need?
A modern desktop browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. The tool opens from an HTML file; PDF output uses the browser's Print function. Clipboard and local storage availability depend on browser settings. Text and JSON downloads provide alternatives.
Will it guarantee more revenue?
No. Pricing and client agreement remain your decisions. The toolkit makes the scope, fee and schedule easier to communicate; it cannot guarantee payment or prevent every dispute.
